2) Where can I get some flyers?

3) Are there local offices where I can pick up petitions?
We have pick up locations throughout the state. Check our Resource page for the latest list of locations. You can also download and print the petition at your convenience here.
4) Can a charity or faith-based organization legally get involved in a ballot initiative campaign like the CASE Act?
Yes, a 501c3 organization may engage in lobbying activities as long as these do not constitute a substantial part of its activities. Go to our Resource page for more information for charities and faith-based organizations.
5) Do I need to supply you with my occupation and employer information to donate?
Yes, we are required by law to collect and report this information for all contributions of $100 or more.
6) Are donations to CASE Act tax-deductible?
No. The CASE Act Campaign is a ballot committee formed exclusively for the passage of the CASE Act. The campaign is not a non-profit charity.
7) Who can I call if I suspect a victim of human trafficking?
